Roles of the Planning Division
1. Maintaining project documents / Planning files properly
2. Maintaining work assignment circles systematically
3. Initiate and update & complete project files incorrect way.
4. Going to work sites and taking measurements on requirements as instructed
5. Preparation of plans provided by Architect, Design Engineer and Electrical Engineer
6. Checking of all designs (Structural, Architectural, Electrical and Sanitary)
7. Printing of design plans and issuing copies to the relevant institutions
8. Keeping a proper delivery & maintenance method of plans.
9. Obtaining and issuing of stationaries & equipment required to the Planning Division
10. Training & supervising apprentices who are assigned to be trained.
11. Carrying out other duties assigned by the Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services)
