(v) Approving of rates related to building works
(vi) Overall Co. ordination and up lift-men of technical staff, working under various organizations within the province in addition to the Engineering Service Office.

(viii) Better Coordination with ICTAD institution & contractors Association for the empowerment of contractors to achieve better outcome.
